I had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near Tokyo station. The room was modern and well-equipped, with a clean and warm bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide selection of delicious food. I also enjoyed the extras, such as the free water bottle and foot massager. The hotel's close proximity to multiple metro stations made getting around the city a breeze.
The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

We loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. It was also great that the hotel was near to 3 metro stations, making transportation very convenient. we enjoyed the breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff.

The spacious room was great, with a good mix of modern and traditional Japanese decor, including a tatami floor. The amenities were really good, and we were actually surprised by the foot massager and free ice cream on the public bath floor. Speaking of the public bath, it was a wonderful experience that helped melt away the tiredness of the day. the service was excellent. The staff were really good by bringing our luggage to our rooms before we even returned. No other hotel in Japan has provided such attentive service. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and really good service.
